This is how it works

1. Download Trezor Suite app: Download Trezor Suite app for desktop for the best experience, or click ‘Continue in browser’ to open the web app. The desktop version offers enhanced features like seamless integration and automatic updates, making it ideal for regular use. Whether you're on Windows, macOS, or Linux, the app is designed to work flawlessly with your system.
2. Install the app: Install the desktop app on your computer. This step isn’t necessary for web app users. Once installed, launch the app to begin the initialization process. It will guide you through permissions and basic configurations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
3. Set up your Trezor: Plug in your device and follow the steps to set up your Trezor hardware wallet. This takes about 15 minutes. You'll create a secure recovery seed, verify your device authenticity, and connect it to the app. Remember to keep your recovery seed safe and never share it with anyone.
4. Move your coins: You're ready to protect your crypto securely. Check our guide to learn how to transfer your assets from an exchange to your Trezor.
